The detached new build spans approximately 3,000 square feet and embraces a traditional farmhouse aesthetic with a beautifully designed façade combining handmade brick, stone, slate, and timber.

 

To ensure energy efficiency, the property is powered by an air source heat pump (ASHP). The ground floor features underfloor heating, while the first floor is fitted with aluminium radiators designed for optimal performance with the ASHP system.
