In collaboration with the innovative team at Davenport Architecture, we have transformed the property by creating a new link that integrates outdoor and indoor living. This project involved the reconstruction and extension of an existing outbuilding to establish a luxurious leisure suite, complete with a connected canopy to the main house. 

 

Partnering with Cheshire Swimming Pools and Spas, we have crafted a private oasis featuring an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. 

 

Additionally, we have worked with our supply chain to deliver an exceptional outdoor kitchen that invites clients to savor warm summer nights while taking in the stunning views of the Cheshire countryside. 

 

Our comprehensive turnkey package included a new driveway, a brick garden wall, a plant room/garage, new entrance gates, and 180m² of beautifully laid paving, all tailored to enhance this idyllic retreat.
