Tithe House
Nestled in the heart of Cheshire, Tithe House in Peover sits on three acres of picturesque land. Originally a modest two-up, two-down home, it has undergone extensive extensions over the years, culminating in a complete redesign and overhaul.
Partnering with the talented team at Drome Architecture, we transformed what was once a dark and cramped kitchen into a stunning, light-filled kitchen/living/dining space. The entrance has been reimagined as an open, airy area, offering beautiful views of the garden beyond, complete with a bespoke staircase and elegant feature tiles.
The project included a substantial single-storey extension at the rear of the property, allowing us to replace the existing conservatory and create a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area for the family to enjoy.
While on-site, our client also requested the refurbishment of two existing bedrooms, resulting in a modern master suite and a delightful boy’s bedroom featuring bespoke headboards, beds, wardrobes, and a dressing room.
One of the standout features of the kitchen is a massive island, created from two pieces of porcelain bonded together to form a breathtaking focal point. This project truly captures the essence of modern living in a beautifully transformed home.
