Located in the prestigious Wychwood Park in South Cheshire, this spacious detached property had ample room but lacked flow in its existing layout. To enhance its functionality, we built a single-storey pitched roof extension that seamlessly links the kitchen and lounge, creating an expansive kitchen/living/dining area. 

 

Collaborating with the trusted Hough Architecture, we transformed a dark, cramped kitchen into a bright and airy modern space, featuring two sets of bi-fold doors that open to the garden. Additionally, we created a new master suite, complete with a dressing area, en suite bathroom, French doors, and a Juliet balcony overlooking the adjacent golf course. 

 

The project showcases a stunning SieMatic kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances and a sleek Silestone worktop. Partnering with Louise Platt Interiors, we also reimagined all existing bathrooms to reflect contemporary living, incorporating stylish tiling and lighting features throughout. This transformation has truly revitalized the home, blending elegance and practicality.
