We are thrilled to announce that, following our recent appointment, we will be starting work on-site in January 2025 for a stunning Georgian-inspired new build in Mobberley, Cheshire.

Designed by the talented team at MSA Architects, this expansive home will cover just over 5,000 square feet, blending the timeless elegance of Georgian architecture with modern open-plan living spaces. The property is set on approximately three acres of land, with landscaping playing a crucial role in complementing the home’s grandeur.

The design features all the hallmark elements of Georgian style, including a stone plinth with stone banding, traditional handmade brickwork, sash windows, stone bay windows, a portico, and a classic slate roof. Inside, the home will offer a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, a media room, a formal dining room, and a linked annex with a double garage. The first floor will include four generous bedrooms, with the master suite enjoying a Juliette balcony and beautiful views over the Mobberley countryside.
