As the days grow longer and spring breathes new life into Cheshire, the team at Peck Mill Projects has been hard at work turning plans into beautiful, lasting homes. From exciting first fix stages to near-completion moments, March has been all about progress, detail, and bringing our clients’ visions to life.
Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to this past month on-site:

Cranage – A Bungalow Taking Shape
Over in Cranage, our new build bungalow is really starting to come to life. Internally, things are moving quickly: studwork is now complete, giving a real sense of space and layout. First fix works are underway, with electrical and plumbing installations progressing smoothly. Insulation is being fitted throughout, ensuring this home will be both energy-efficient and comfortable year-round.
To top it off, underfloor heating has now been completed—laying the groundwork (literally!) for the next stages. We can’t wait to see this space transform as we move into the next phase.

Mobberley – Building Up & Out
Our Mobberley project is gaining momentum. The stone plinth is finished, setting a strong and stylish foundation. The annex brickwork has climbed to chamber height, giving a clear indication of the building’s final form. Ground floor steel posts are now in place, creating solid structural support for what’s to come.
Initial scaffolding is going up, and landscaping design is already underway, ensuring the outdoors will complement the architecture beautifully. This site is full of potential, and we're excited to bring it all to life.

Plumley – Rooflines Rising
Up in Plumley, we’ve reached a major milestone: the roof structure is being installed. It’s a big step visually and practically—it means we're close to sealing the building from the elements and moving indoors.
Stone cills are on order to give a refined look to the windows and external features, and with the brickwork nearly complete, this home is already showing off its strong, elegant form.

Bollington – First Fix in Full Swing
There’s been great progress at our Bollington site. The concrete slab is laid, the external brickwork is finished, and the front porch is complete—already giving the property a welcoming feel. The flat roof structures are going in, and internally, first fix works are well underway.
The underfloor heating, installed by the talented team at Elite Underfloor, has also been completed. This home is shaping up beautifully, and we’re on track for more big changes in the coming weeks.

Antrobus – The Finishing Stretch
Our Antrobus site is nearly there—and it’s looking stunning. All internal snagging is complete, external works are ongoing, and the hard landscaping around the home is finished. Only the driveway and turfing remain, and the internal finishes are almost wrapped up.
This project is entering the final polish stage, and we couldn’t be more proud of how it’s turned out. Keep an eye out—photos of the finished home are coming soon!

Alderley Edge – Details That Make the Difference
At Alderley Edge, it’s all about the details. Interior decoration is in progress, and BT Microcement has recently completed some fantastic microcement finishes, adding sleek and modern touches throughout the property.
Glass balustrades are currently being installed by Bespoke Frames Of Cheshire, elevating the space with a contemporary feel. Meanwhile, second fix electrical and plumbing work is underway, along with internal door fittings and joinery. It’s those fine details that bring a home to life, and this one is nearly there.

Springing Forward
With brighter days ahead, we’re excited to keep up the momentum and continue crafting homes that blend character, comfort, and craftsmanship. Whether it’s a brand-new build or the final touches on a long-term project, every detail matters—and we love sharing the journey with you.
Thanks for following along. We’ll be back next month with more updates from across Cheshire. Until then, stay inspired!
